Why You're Tired All The Time!

You know what sucks? Being tired all the time.

Imagine trying to get 8 or 9 hours of sleep and then waking up just as exhausted as when you went to bed. It’s terrible! That sort of thing has been happening to some patients of mine, as well as a few family members. They all described being unable to carry out regular, daily tasks because of their poor energy levels. 

These things are happening to many people but they can’t figure out why.
