If you're new to chiropractic, you may think you'll get your back cracked. That's not the case. Popping and cracking aren't needed for an adjustment to be effective. At our office, Dr. Runge mainly uses a neurology-based technique P-DTR. This low-force method gets excellent results.

We've helped patients avoid surgery and get better faster with drug-free, noninvasive chiropractic care. Here, you won't have to commit to extended care plans that are often recommended at chiropractic practices. On average, we can take care of most cases within 10-12 visits.

Dr. Runge started his career as a professional musician and member of the United States Air Force. His creativity, discipline and passion for health and wellness led him to pursue a career as a chiropractor. Dr. Runge combines various techniques. These range from functional and applied neurology to manual therapy and rehabilitation exercises. His goal is to relieve pain and promote optimal brain-body connection.

Cassandra is a Licensed and Nationally Board Certified Acupuncturist. Her path to acupuncture started with her wellness journey. Looking to improve her overall health, she tried many different conventional medical approaches without success. Eventually, Cassandra sought an alternative path. She began having acupuncture sessions, improved her diet and lifestyle, and finally experienced a return to health.
